Role & responsibilities

- Operate CNC and VMC machines for precision component manufacturing.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and measurements.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and job loading/unloading.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth machine functioning.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Ensure components meet quality standards and specified tolerances.
- Identify machining defects and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain production targets and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Follow 5S, quality,



and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills

- 2 to 7 years of experience in CNC / VMC machine operation.
- Knowledge of machine setting, tool changing, and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industries is preferred.
