CNC Operator – Modular Furniture Production

Location: Sulur, Kadampadi, Coimbatore

Experience: 1–3+ years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery for cutting, drilling, and processing boards used in modular furniture production.
- Read and understand cutting lists, panel dimensions, and production drawings.
- Set up CNC jobs and select appropriate tools and machining parameters.
- Ensure accurate cutting and drilling of plywood, MDF, particle board, and other furniture panels.
- Check the dimensions and quality of machined components.
- Coordinate with the design, cutting-list, and carpentry teams to meet production schedules.
- Identify machining errors, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and report technical problems.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow workplace safety procedures.

Requirements




- Experience operating CNC machines, preferably in modular furniture or interior production.
- Strong knowledge of CNC cutting and drilling operations.
- Ability to understand measurements, cutting lists, and production drawings.
- Knowledge of board materials and modular furniture components.
- Ability to maintain quality and meet production targets.
