Job Summary

Responsible for operating CNC machines and carrying out fabrication activities as per engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production requirements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines and perform cutting, drilling, and other assigned operations as per approved drawings and job specifications.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, dimensions, and measurements.

- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine parameters as required.

- Carry out fabrication activities, including cutting, grinding, fitting, welding, and assembly of metal components, as applicable.

- Measure and inspect fabricated and machined components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain the required quality standards of finished products.

- Perform routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of machines, tools, and equipment.





- Identify and report machine faults, material defects, and production issues to the supervisor.

- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures while handling machinery, tools, and materials.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the protected storage and handling of materials and equipment.

- Coordinate with the production and fabrication team to complete assigned jobs within the specified time.

- Perform any other duties related to CNC operation and fabrication as assigned by the Management.

Skills Required

- CNC machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

- Metal cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication.

- Drawing interpretation and dimensional measurement.

- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.

- Teamwork, discipline, and adherence to workplace safety.
