Job Responsibilities

- Operate ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using CALYPSO software.

- Create, edit, and execute CMM measurement programs as per engineering drawings and inspection requirements.

- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, geometric tolerances, and datum references.

- Perform dimensional inspection of precision-machined components.

- Measure features such as position, profile, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity, and true position, as applicable.

- Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports and dimensional measurement records.

- Verify components against customer specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve dimensional deviations.

- Maintain CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and accessories with proper care.





- Ensure calibration requirements and measurement procedures are followed.

Required Skills

- Hands-on 2-4 years experience with ZEISS CMM and CALYPSO software.

- Positive knowledge of GD&T;, datum systems, and engineering drawings.

- Experience in precision machining and dimensional inspection.

- Knowledge of measurement reporting and quality documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
