Role & responsibilities

Objective

- Drive Key Agency Parameters with fundamental of 4DX

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for TIED sales Quality audit for cheque bounce, process adherence and persistency

- Responsible for TIED transformation daily transformation call and monitoring of implementation

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification : Graduate (MBA would be additional advantage)

- Work Experience : 10 years +

Skillsets :

- High attention to details

- Good in driving multiple teams

- Should be having excellent communication skill

- Should be valuable in managing process and data analysis Should have good knowledge of transforming weak branches
