Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Operations Head to oversee operational activities, team performance, and business coordination across multiple units. The role requires strong leadership, planning, monitoring, and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across assigned branches or units.
- Develop operational plans and ensure effective implementation of management decisions.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Guide branch managers and teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Review operational reports, identify gaps, and initiate appropriate improvements.
- Coordinate with HR, administration, finance, clinical, marketing, and support functions.
- Establish consistent operational processes and service standards across locations.




- Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions for smooth functioning.
- Support business growth, expansion initiatives, team development, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, business management, or a related field.
- Solid leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing multiple branches or operational units will be an advantage.
- Healthcare, hospital, IVF, or service-sector experience will be an added advantage.
