Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Administration Manager to coordinate administrative activities, support operational efficiency, and ensure smooth functioning across assigned healthcare units.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the assigned cluster.
- Ensure consistent implementation of administrative procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate with branch teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Monitor branch requirements, facilities, staffing support, and general administrative needs.
- Review operational reports and share relevant updates with senior management.
- Support branch teams in resolving administrative and operational concerns.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, clinical, front-office, and support departments when required.




- Monitor service quality, workplace discipline, and adherence to organizational procedures.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements for better efficiency.
- Support management in achieving cluster-level operational and administrative objectives.

Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in administration, hospital operations, branch management, or a related field.
- Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple teams or units will be an advantage.
- Healthcare, hospital, IVF, or fertility-sector experience is preferred.
