About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Operations SME with strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, deploying, managing, and supporting scalable AWS environments while driving automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Provision and automate cloud resources using Terraform.
- Manage and support AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route53, RDS, S3, ALB/ELB, and Auto Scaling.
- Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.




- Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
- Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and drive resolution.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud platforms.
- Support patching, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud governance activities.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams for smooth release management.

- Strong AWS Infrastructure ownership experience.
- Hands-on Terraform module development and automation.
- Experience handling production environments and critical incidents.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Route Tables, NAT Gateway, Route53, Load Balancers).
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
