Job Summary: RK Road Transport Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Closing & Verification Executive / Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing trip sheet closings, verifying trip expenses, checking transport documents, reconciling billings/vouchers, and ensuring zero leakages or discrepancies in transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trip Sheet & File Closing:
- Daily trip sheets, LR (Lorry Receipt), POD (Proof of Delivery), and transit documents ki thorough checking aur closing audit karna.
- Loading-unloading time, route distance, and trip closure deadlines ko monitor aur record karna.
- Expense & Freight Verification:
- Drivers aur fleet operators ke advance payments, fuel slips, toll taxes, loading/unloading charges, aur unexpected expenses ko verify karna.
- Actual vs. standard fuel consumption aur route expenses ko cross-check karke operational cost leakage rokna.
- POD & Invoice Reconciliation:
- Proof of Delivery (POD) documents ko verify aur collect karna taaki prompt customer billing ensure ho sake.
- Shortage, damage, ya delay claims ko audit karke reporting manager ke saath resolve karna.
- Vendor & Driver Settlement:
- Market vehicles aur attached fleet owners ke final freight calculation, balance settlement, aur bill verification handle karna.
- Penalties, detention charges, aur deductions ko accurate calculate karke settle karna.
- MIS & System Entry:
- Transport Management System (TMS) / ERP / Excel me daily closing and verification summary maintain aur update karna.




- Management ko daily trip status, pending POD, aur discrepancy reports submit karna.

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in logistics, trucking, transport operations, or audit/verification role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Administration, Logistics, or relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Transport Management Software (TMS/ERP).
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, solid analytical skills, cost verification expertise, and discrepancy management.
