About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate / Research Physiologist to analyse real-world clinical health data, evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions, and contribute to scientific research and publications.

The role combines human physiology, clinical data analysis, statistical research, and scientific writing, with opportunities to work alongside doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Data Analysis: Analyse baseline and follow-up health data to evaluate changes in metabolic health, physical performance, and physiological outcomes.
- Biomarker Analysis: Study blood biomarkers, clinical history, and lifestyle interventions to identify trends and relationships.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Integrate body-composition scans, genetic-test results, and other diagnostic assessments into research analyses.
- Research & Study Design: Develop research questions, design observational studies, review scientific literature, and conduct statistical analyses.
- Scientific Publications: Prepare research reports, manuscripts, research papers, and scientific presentations.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work with doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists,



and fitness professionals to evaluate intervention outcomes.
- Data Management: Maintain research databases, ensure data accuracy, and follow ethical research and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Human Physiology, Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Ph.D. in Physiology or relevant research disciplines is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of human physiology, metabolic health, and clinical biomarkers.
- Experience in clinical research, health data analysis, or physiological research.
- Knowledge of research methodology, study design, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
- Ability to interpret scientific literature and prepare research reports.
- Solid analytical thinking and scientific writing skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working with longitudinal clinical or health datasets.
- Prior involvement in scientific publications or research manuscripts.
- Knowledge of preventive medicine, exercise physiology, metabolic health, or longevity science.
