Job Summary:

Dermis Clinics Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Clinical Management Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and patient-coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and coordination.
- Maintain patient records and update data accurately using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in managing patient flow and ensure a professional patient experience.
- Handle basic administrative and inventory-related tasks.
- Support the clinic team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure records and documentation are properly maintained.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Data Entry

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge with good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinic environment.
- Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or administrative management will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/clinic operations is preferred but not mandatory.
