Key Responsibilities

- Perform venipuncture, blood collection, and other specimen collection procedures.
- Operate and maintain automated biochemistry analyzers, chemiluminescence analyzers, ABG analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Process samples, perform laboratory tests, verify results, and ensure timely reporting.
- Follow quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and laboratory safety procedures.
- Perform instrument calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow infection control protocols.
- Monitor laboratory reagents, consumables, and inventory requirements.




- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable laboratory quality standards.
- Support efficient laboratory operations and contribute to reliable diagnostic services.

Qualifications

- DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates with 2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience are preferred.
- Practical knowledge of blood collection, sample handling, and laboratory testing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automated analyzers, laboratory quality control, and LIS is desirable.
