HIRING: CLINICAL HEAD

We are seeking a senior, experienced medical doctor to take complete responsibility for patient care and all clinical operations at our multispeciality centre.

The position carries independent authority over the day-to-day medical functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all medical departments and clinical services.
- Oversee the complete patient journey, including consultations, procedures, recovery, discharge, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate specialty consultants, medical officers, nursing, and procedure teams.
- Ensure clinical decision-making, patient safety, appropriate treatment protocols, and medical documentation.
- Take charge of clinical complaints, complications, and emergency coordination.
- Ensure that every patient receives appropriate, timely, and coordinated medical care.
- Function independently as the Centre's primary medical authority,



reporting significant matters to the Medical Director.

Qualifications: MBBS with valid medical registration. Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, patient management, and ability to independently run the medical services of a multispeciality facility.

Employment: Full time, on-site.

Location: Velachery, Chennai.
