About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Application Trainee who is eager to learn how medical technology is used in surgical settings.

You will receive structured training and hands-on guidance to support product demonstrations, equipment setup, customer training, and clinical applications. Working alongside our application and sales teams, you will develop the technical knowledge and communication skills needed to support healthcare professionals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for surgeons, operating theatre staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support equipment setup, pre-use checks, and product readiness under the guidance of trained team members.
- Accompany the application team during hospital visits and surgical cases, providing supervised product support within the scope of your training.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate team.
- Respond to customer enquiries with guidance from senior colleagues and follow up on support requests.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, training sessions, support activities, and customer feedback.




- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in product training, workshops, conferences, and industry events.

Who Can Apply

- Recent graduates or final-year students in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Electronics, allied health sciences, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with a strong interest in medical devices, surgical technology, and customer-facing technical work.
- Candidates who can communicate clearly and explain technical information in a simple, practical way.
- Individuals with positive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Candidates comfortable working in hospital and operating theatre environments.
- Willingness to travel for hospital visits, training sessions, and case support.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining digital records.

Preferred Qualifications

- Academic projects, internships, or exposure to medical devices or hospital environments.
- Familiarity with basic anatomy, medical terminology, or biomedical instrumentation.
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam and English.
- Diploma or Bachelors in Biomedical
