Job Summary

ANSSI Wellness is looking for a motivated and results-driven Clinic Branch Manager to manage clinic operations, drive healthcare sales, lead the team, and ensure excellent patient service. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Drive healthcare sales, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the clinic team.
- Handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and referral partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain operational records.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with management to improve branch performance and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales.




- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness centre, or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work at the assigned branch location in Pune.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
