Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient coordination between departments, and high standards of patient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
- Coordinate patient registration, appointments, consultations, and billing.
- Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, and other support teams.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, infrastructure readiness, and availability of essential supplies.
- Maintain operational reports, patient records, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.

Qualification

Any Graduate; healthcare or hospital administration qualification preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in clinic operations, hospital administration,



or healthcare service management preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Patient service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Valuable organizational and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
