:

Reporting to the Sales Head overseeing the clinic, the Clinic Manager leads and inspires staff while managing the business, day-to-day operations, and supporting patient care functions. Responsible for administrative and financial analysis, care coordination of clinical services and communication, space management, clinical outcomes, quality and safety reporting, revenue cycle management, policy development and deployment.

Responsibilities:  To take the responsibility of the complete sales and operations of the clinic such as clinic therapies, infrastructure machines specially lasers, stocks, cash and service standards.

 To be responsible for counseling the visitors about therapies, laser treatments, hair transplant or other treatments as per need or as suggested by doctors. He/ she should have knowledge of skin and lasers, common therapies like peels, facials, lasers (Laser hair reduction, tattoo removal) & hair transplant.

 Recruit, hire, and coordinate the training of new staff members

 Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals

 Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks, as needed

 Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity





 Plan and manage the clinic's budget and prepare payroll.

 Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet their qualified goals

 Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with the laws.

 Responsible to manage the consumable/ medicine stock & give the monthly stock requirement on time.

 Responsible to send the weekly/ monthly / quarterly & yearly PPT.

Qualifications & skills required

 3 + year’s prior experience working as a manager in similar profile.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing a skin/ hair clinic.

 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles with excellent written and verbal communication skills as manager.

 Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.

 Must be patient service oriented & extremely organized and detail-

oriented.

● Well versed in advance MS excel , power point, CRM usage, mind maping, flow chart.
