Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and staff coordination.
- Handle patient enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
- Monitor sales, patient conversions and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and smooth clinic functioning.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and front-office staff.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and patient retention.
- Monitor inventory, clinic standards and daily reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an aesthetic/dermatology/cosmetology clinic.
- Strong leadership, communication and patient-handling skills.
- Positive understanding of clinic operations, sales and conversion management.
- Target-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
