We are hiring for Client Success Associate / Sr. Client Success Associate roles with MarketsandMarkets, a leading AI-powered strategic intelligence and market research organization.

This is a hunting-focused role with strong emphasis on new business, revenue generation and new-logo acquisition.

Position Details

- Role: Client Success Associate / Sr. Client Success Associate
- Experience: CSA 4–6 Years | Sr. CSA – 6–10 Years
- Location: Pune – Magarpatta | Work From Office
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Shift: US / UK Shifts
- Notice Period: 30–45 Days preferred; select 60-day profiles may also be considered

- Cold Calling & CXO-level stakeholder engagement
- New Logo Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling
- Business Development and Revenue Scaling
- LinkedIn-based prospecting and outbound outreach

Ideal Profile:



Candidates from International Sales within Consulting, Services or Market Research organizations will be a strong fit. Candidates from IT / SaaS organizations may also be considered, provided they have strong outbound sales and hunting experience.

Please note: Pre-sales / Post-sales experience without relevant outbound hunting experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline
- Prospect CXOs, business heads and senior decision-makers
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
- Deliver against revenue and new-client acquisition targets
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients
