Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Delhi. The role helps HappinessCue make its guidance services easier to discover, understand and use. The person may work across content, community, webinars, partnerships or client engagement, translating service areas into useful conversations and practical outreach while coordinating with experts and internal teams.

Candidates who combine good communication with organised execution and a genuine interest in people-focused services will fit well. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
