Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing coordination. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals, along with strong communication and relationship management skills.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of deliverables, and effective coordination across projects. They should be comfortable understanding client requirements, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with SEO and content teams to ensure that client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their requirements, address queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, including SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and other digital marketing professionals.
- SEO Coordination: Understand SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, link building, and organic traffic improvement.
- Project Management: Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and client feedback to ensure work is completed within agreed deadlines.




- Reporting and Analysis: Coordinate the preparation of monthly SEO performance reports, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, website performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Client Meetings: Participate in client calls and meetings, document discussions, share updates, and follow up on pending requirements.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SEO strategies and digital marketing activities are implemented as planned.
- Issue Resolution: Identify delivery-related concerns, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure client queries are addressed promptly.
- Content Coordination: Work with content teams to align website content, blogs, and other SEO deliverables with client requirements and keyword strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress and highlight delays, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain client records, meeting notes, project trackers, reports, and other essential documentation.
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively follow up with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth and professional client servicing experience.

Required skill and qualification

- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing coordination.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency will be preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page SEO, organic traffic, and keyword ranking analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or SEO reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client queries professionally.
- A proactive approach to follow-ups, reporting, and task management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
