About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic and organised professional to support clients throughout their transformation journey. Your role is to help clients stay consistent, motivated and connected with their dietitian through regular follow-ups and personal attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls.
- Review meal pictures and adherence to the dietitian’s prescribed plan.
- Encourage consistency with meals, exercise, hydration and sleep.
- Identify clients struggling with motivation and understand their challenges.
- Coordinate with dietitians to address nutrition-related concerns and required plan changes.
- Track client progress, follow-ups and feedback.




- Build solid client relationships and support client satisfaction, retention and results.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Background in Psychology, Counselling, Nutrition, Home Science or Wellness.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
- A warm, patient and encouraging approach.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and maintaining client records.
- An interest in helping people build healthier habits.
