Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain client records, reports, and follow-up details.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client retention.




- Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements

- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
