About Akruti Developer

Akruti Developer is a real estate development company focused on residential projects. We are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-oriented Client Relations Executive to manage client communication, handle enquiries, and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to property enquiries.
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide updates regarding projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and client requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and property site visits.
- Maintain client databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Address basic client queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive client experience.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update client interaction records.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.





Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and handle client queries.
- Willingness to learn about real estate projects and customer requirements.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented attitude.

- Candidates with experience in customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or client handling will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Aundh, Pune office.
