In the same way that Zomato simplified food delivery, Blinkit simplified groceries, and companies like Snabbit are simplifying home services, Homeie is simplifying the process of renting a home.

Today, finding a rental home usually means speaking to many brokers, searching through hundreds of listings, coordinating visits and handling everything yourself.

With Homeie, a customer simply tells us what kind of home they are looking for. Our technology and team then work with brokers across Gurgaon, find the most suitable homes, arrange the visits and help the customer through the complete process until they move in.

Homeie is a funded startup (we’ve raised close to INR 10 crores) and is currently building its team in Gurgaon.

About the Role

We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to manage customers through their home-renting journey.

This is a good fit for people from hotels, restaurants, premium retail, front office, guest relations or other hospitality roles who enjoy speaking to customers and delivering a high-quality experience.

The role is a mix of office work and client-facing work.

You will work from our Gurgaon office,



use Homeie’s technology platform to manage customers and properties, coordinate with brokers, and also accompany customers for selected home visits.

You will receive complete training before starting.

Who We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: hotels or restaurants, guest relations, front office, customer service, premium retail, sales, or client servicing

We are especially looking for people who are:

- Well-spoken and presentable
- Polite, calm and professional with customers
- Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi
- Good at understanding people and building trust
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable using a laptop, WhatsApp and basic software
- Willing to travel locally within Gurgaon for customer visits
- Interested in learning a new industry and growing quickly
