About Akruti Developer

Akruti Developer is a real estate development company focused on residential projects. We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordination Executive to support client communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective and existing clients through phone calls and messages.
- Follow up with clients regarding property enquiries, project details, and scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain client databases, enquiry records, and follow-up status in Excel or company systems.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate property site visits.
- Share relevant project information with clients as instructed by the sales team.
- Respond to basic client queries professionally and direct complex queries to the concerned department.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily activities.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive client experience.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Qualified telephone etiquette and a client-oriented approach.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about the real estate industry.
- Punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a team.
