Isiri Technologies INC is looking for experienced ClickSoftware Consultants with strong expertise in ClickSoftware Field Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with workforce scheduling, dispatch, mobility, optimization, field service workflows, and enterprise system integrations.

The role involves configuring and customizing ClickSoftware applications, supporting mobile workforce operations, integrating ClickSoftware with enterprise systems, troubleshooting production issues, and working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. ClickSoftware Configuration & Customization

- Configure and customize ClickSoftware applications for field service operations.
- Work with ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, scheduling, dispatch, mobility, and optimization modules.
- Configure workforce scheduling and dispatch rules based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain field service workflows and scheduling rules.
- Support configuration, scripting, and customization activities.

1. Workforce Scheduling & Field Service Management

- Support workforce scheduling and field service management processes.
- Optimize technician scheduling, dispatch, and workforce utilization.
- Understand field service operations and technician management requirements.
- Support business users and dispatch teams with ClickSoftware solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and operational performance.

1. Business Requirements & Solution Development

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ClickSoftware solutions.
- Work closely with business users to understand field service processes.
- Develop appropriate configurations and solutions based on business needs.
- Participate in enhancement and optimization initiatives.




- Provide functional and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

4 . Enterprise System Integration

- Integrate ClickSoftware with CRM, ERP, GIS, and third-party systems.
- Work with APIs and web services for system integrations.
- Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
- Work with REST and SOAP web services.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange.

1. Mobile Workforce & ClickMobile

- Support mobile workforce solutions and technician applications.
- Work with ClickMobile applications and mobile technologies.
- Troubleshoot technician application issues.
- Support field technicians and business users with mobile workforce solutions.
- Ensure mobile applications support field service workflows effectively.

Experience & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in ClickSoftware or related Field Service Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with ClickSoftware.
- Experience with ClickSchedule and ClickMobile.
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling and dispatch processes.
- Experience in ClickSoftware configuration, scripting, and customization.
- Knowledge of field service operations and technician management.
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and APIs.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and C# is preferred.
- Experience working with Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of XML/XSLT-based configurations is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
