Role Description The Client Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Client

Advisor will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, explaining tile options and features, preparing quotes, and following up on leads to support sales and long-term relationships. The role involves maintaining accurate client records,



coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

The Client

Advisor will also contribute to showroom presentation, support promotional activities, and uphold Trove’s commitment to ethical, transparent, and service-oriented customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or advisory role.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial products is beneficial, especially for advising clients on protection or warranty options.
- Experience in retail, interiors, tiles, building materials, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple client interactions, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in common office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
