Role Description The Client Engagement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, and ensuring a positive, consistent experience across all engagements. The specialist will coordinate learning programs and initiatives, track progress, gather feedback, and support project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities include preparing client-facing materials, organizing meetings and reviews, updating internal systems with engagement details, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs.



The role also includes identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, support renewals, and contribute to continuous improvement of engagement processes.

Qualifications

- Client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and respond promptly to client queries.
- Strong communication skills, with clear verbal and written abilities for presentations, emails, and reports.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage schedules, track project milestones, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort working with CRM or project management platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, interpret feedback, and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with learning, operations, and leadership teams.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, learning and development, or professional services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.
