Position: Cleaning Supervisor cum Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Supervision

- Supervise and monitor housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Ensure classrooms, offices, washrooms, dining areas, and common areas are clean and hygienic.
- Prepare cleaning schedules and assign duties to staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation practices.
- Report maintenance and repair requirements to the administration.

Hospitality Management

- Oversee hospitality services for students, staff, parents, and visitors.
- Ensure guest rooms, and reception areas are well-maintained and welcoming.
- Coordinate meal service arrangements and special events.
- Manage housekeeping requirements for school guests and visitors.




- Handle hospitality-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping and hospitality supplies.
- Support school functions, meetings, and events with hospitality arrangements.

Administration & Safety

- Prepare duty rosters and work schedules for housekeeping staff.
- Maintain attendance and performance records of support staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conduct staff training on cleaning procedures and customer service.
- Support emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.
- Submit regular reports on housekeeping and hospitality operations to the Deputy Administrator.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
