We are looking for Claims Executive Experience in claims management/ customer issue resolution Handle customer claims related to wrong, defective, or damaged spare parts received.Investigate claims with sellers, buyers, and logistics partners.

Required Candidate profile

Handle and process logistics-related claims including:Lost shipments,Damaged shipments, RTO disputes,Delivery discrepancy claimsVerify shipment details, PODs, invoices, and supporting documents.
