Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Civil Trainer to join our training team in Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students in Civil Engineering software, BIM, design concepts, and project-based applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, valuable communication skills, and an interest in mentoring students and helping them develop industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities Conduct practical training sessions on:

- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture / Structure
- STAAD.Pro
- ETABS
- Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- MS Project
- Primavera P6
- 3ds Max
- Lumion
- Explain Civil Engineering concepts through practical examples and real-time project scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students in software-based projects and technical activities.
- Conduct classroom and practical laboratory sessions.
- Evaluate students' performance through assignments, assessments, and projects.




- Provide constructive feedback and technical guidance to students.
- Help students develop industry-ready technical and professional skills.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, assessment results, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with current industry practices, software tools, BIM workflows, and design standards.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering design and software applications.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience as a Civil Trainer, Faculty, Site Engineer, Design Engineer, BIM Engineer, or Civil Design Engineer will have an added advantage.
