Cube Innovators Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Civil Project Data Entry Specialist to support civil project documentation, data entry, scanning, indexing, and document verification activities.

The ideal candidate should have positive computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project documents accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields are preferred. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter civil project document details into designated software and databases.
- Perform data entry, document indexing, and digital document management.
- Verify scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Upload, organize, classify, and maintain civil project records.
- Review project documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper document handling.
- Conduct basic data audits to ensure the integrity and completeness of records.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,



or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates from non-civil backgrounds with good computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good typing accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and follow project schedules.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Training and Employment
- Training will be provided for the selected candidates.
- This is a contract-based position for a civil project documentation assignment.
- Candidates should be willing to work for the required project duration.
- The role requires accuracy, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
