Designation: Civil Project Coordinator

Job Purpose To coordinate and monitor daily civil construction activities, ensure timely project execution, maintain proper documentation, and support the Project Manager and Site Engineers in completing projects as per schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Follow up on pending work and report delays to the management.
- Site Monitoring
- Coordinate daily site activities and check work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve work-related issues.
- Material and Procurement Coordination
- Prepare and follow up on material requirements from project sites.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and availability at the site.




- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and project updates.
- Track project schedules, pending activities, and completion status.
- Collect daily updates and photographs from site teams and submit reports to management.
- Cost and Quality Control
- Assist in monitoring project expenses and material consumption.
- Coordinate with the estimation and accounts teams regarding project costs and bills.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Team Coordination
- Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and work schedules.
- Communicate site issues, additional requirements, and delays to the concerned team.

Reporting Reports to the Project Manager / Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
