Role Description The Civil Foreman at Godrej Properties Limited will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring civil construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai includes supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and monitoring the use of materials, tools, and heavy equipment. The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, organizing work sequences,



and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

The Civil

Foreman will conduct regular inspections, resolve on-site issues, support maintenance activities, and provide clear communication and reporting to project management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring at construction sites.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with heavy equipment operations and safe handling of construction tools and materials.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project stakeholders, site teams, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in carpentry and general civil construction work to guide and support site activities.
