Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, managing site workers, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material records.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow site safety rules and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Check measurements and assist in preparing quantity reports and material requirements.

Required Candidate Profile
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of civil construction activities, drawings, and site execution.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
