Role Description The Civil Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil works for real estate projects. This role includes preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings and calculations, coordinating site development activities, and overseeing stormwater and drainage solutions.

The Civil Project

Engineer will monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and assist in implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors, preparing technical reports, maintaining project documentation,



and assisting with resolving technical issues that arise in office. The role requires proactive communication and hands-on involvement to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Stormwater Management and Site Development expertise to plan and implement effective drainage and infrastructure solutions.
- Quality Control experience to review work, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and basic project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or site development projects in an urban environment is an advantage.
- Min. 5years of experience in high rise building construction.
