Minimum Qualification

- Bachelors Program Civil Engineering

Shall be able to

1. Supervise the civil construction works effectively for quality and safety aspects.

2. Communicate well with peer and subordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors.

3. Demonstrate well the relevant experience in civil construction, preferably experience in large to mega construction projects.

4. Use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.

5. Able to lead the team by being a positive team player.

6. Good at analytical skills; take initiatives to control the cost.

7. Good at decision making related to the work.

8. Plan and organise the required resources on time proactively for the works planned.

9. Able to coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and understand their stake in the project.

10. Able to understand the SOPs and comply with them and ensure the same is implemented in his work area.
