Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise civil construction, site execution, and finishing activities.
- Must have strong experience in handling and managing teams, including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labourers.
- Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and management.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with construction standards.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower, and project progress.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and specifications.




- Resolve site-related technical issues and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure effective utilisation of materials and resources.

Candidate Requirements
- Age must be 40 years or above.
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site management.
- Proven experience in team leadership, manpower management, and site supervision.
- Solid decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
