Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site store, material receipts, issues and stock registers.
- Handle local purchases and coordinate with suppliers.
- Prepare and submit weekly site cash requirements.
- Maintain petty cash records, bills, vouchers and expense statements.
- Monitor material stock and coordinate timely procurement.
- Maintain delivery challans, purchase bills and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project In-Charges and Accounts Department.
- Submit weekly material consumption and stock reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in civil construction site store management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and local purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting.
- Positive communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
Salary: Based on experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
