Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site activities, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in building or civil construction industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) degree required; M.Tech (Civil) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes and procedures.
