Role Description This is a full-time Civil Engineer role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home as project needs permit.

The Civil

Engineer will assist in planning, designing, and reviewing civil engineering components for real estate and infrastructure projects, including site layouts and utility systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing design drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects and project managers, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and local regulations. The role involves supporting stormwater management design, reviewing construction documentation, and participating in site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to project reports, communicate with stakeholders,



and help optimize designs for safety, cost, and constructability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Experience or training in Planning and project coordination, including site planning and integration with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management concepts and practices, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and related regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or registration (e.g., Engineer-in-Training or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software), and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in real estate development, urban infrastructure, or related civil engineering projects in India is preferred but not mandatory.
