Civil Engineer – Building & Industrial Construction

Job Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Salary Budget: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

- Job Purpose To manage and supervise civil construction activities for building and industrial projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage building and industrial construction work, including foundations, RCC structures, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
- Read, interpret, and execute work according to structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimations, material requirements, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Ensure construction work complies with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain records of site activities, material consumption, labour deployment, and daily progress.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with management regarding project progress, delays,



and site-related challenges.

3. Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building or industrial construction.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of civil drawings, construction methods, estimation, and site execution.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor management, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- MS Excel and project documentation

5. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing building or industrial construction projects, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently supervise site activities. Candidates with practical AutoCAD skills and a focus on quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
