Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Civil Engineer to join our in-house team, with solid expertise in quantity estimation, cost analysis, tender preparation, and bill verification for both government and private construction projects.

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra PWD SSR, DSR and rate analysis.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation and quantity surveying.
- Experience in RA bills, final bills, Measurement Books (MB) and bill verification.
- Ability to check contractor bills against drawings, specifications and site measurements.
- Knowledge of tender documentation and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma with relevant project experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
