Key Responsibilities • Drive and achieve regional business, operational, and revenue targets.

- Oversee operations across multiple cities in the Western Region, including budgeting and resource planning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional operations teams, setting explicit performance objectives and KPIs.
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all products and services comply with client requirements, regulatory norms, and company standards.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with the Central Operations Team for strategy alignment and execution.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
- Handle escalated customer issues, operational incidents, and coordinate on legal or compliance matters when required.
- Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must have warehouse experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
