Job Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed industrial building plans and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create concept designs for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and industrial sheds.
- Convert client requirements into practical and innovative design concepts.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Plan industrial layouts as per plot dimensions and project requirements.
- Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and project needs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure designs follow applicable building regulations and development norms.

Required Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD and concept designing is mandatory.
- Robust skills in industrial building planning and layout design.
- Ability to develop concepts independently and convert them into detailed drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial real estate projects, warehouses, factories, and industrial sheds.
- Knowledge of building regulations and development norms is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A technically strong designer who can independently handle both concept development and detailed AutoCAD drawings for industrial real estate projects. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
