Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Noida, responsible for defining and executing HPIPL’s overall technology vision and roadmap. The CTO will oversee software and product development for smart parking systems, guide system architecture for hardware-software integration, and ensure technology platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

This role involves leading cross-functional engineering and IT teams, prioritizing projects, and managing end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The CTO will collaborate with senior leadership on IT strategy, digital transformation, and innovation,



while evaluating emerging technologies relevant to smart infrastructure and automation. The position also requires establishing best practices in quality, documentation, and compliance, and representing the technology function in key partner, vendor, and client discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development, including experience with scalable, cloud-based, and embedded systems relevant to smart infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in Project Management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risk, and deliver complex technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing robust, secure, and integrated platforms that support long-term business goals.
- Experience in Product Development, preferably in industrial automation, smart city solutions, or IoT-based products, from concept through deployment and lifecycle management.
- Extensive leadership experience in senior technology roles, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performance engineering and IT teams.
- Familiarity with parking systems, smart infrastructure, automotive or mobility solutions, or related domains is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and technical partners.
