Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Canada, Australia, and Germany will lead Infinite NXT’s technology vision and execution across these regions while being based in office in Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies that support business growth, regulatory requirements, and localized user experiences in international markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing IT architecture, managing software development and infrastructure teams, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. The CTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and compliance teams to drive digital innovation, optimize technology investments,



and support data-driven decision-making. The role also involves mentoring technology teams, establishing best practices, and building partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders in global markets.

Qualifications

- Strong IT leadership background, including experience in Information Technology management and IT Strategy development.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
- Experience in Business Strategy, particularly in aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and international market expansion.
- Previous senior technology leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth digital products.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development lifecycles, and scalability for consumer-facing platforms.
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse, cross-functional technology teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with executive stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital financial services in Canada, Australia, and Germany is an advantage.
