Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Corivo Tech India is a full-time, hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The CTO will define and drive the overall technology vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth objectives across software development, AI and automation, CRM, cloud, and digital services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering and product teams, setting technical standards and architecture guidelines, overseeing product and platform roadmaps, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, evaluating current technologies, managing key projects and technology investments,



and fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. The CTO will also mentor technology leaders, optimize development processes, and support client engagements where technical strategy and solution design are critical.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Product Development, including experience designing and delivering scalable platforms and solutions.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from planning through execution.
- Candidates should possess deep expertise in IT Strategy, including technology roadmapping, investment planning, and alignment of tech initiatives with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess robust Architecture skills, covering system design, integration patterns, cloud-native architectures, security, and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience in leading engineering or technology organizations, ideally at a senior leadership or executive level.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, cloud services, and modern web technologies, with practical implementation experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities, with comfort presenting to executive leadership and clients.
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, digital services, or technology consulting environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
