Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chief Security Officer (CSO) to manage the overall security operations of the company. The person will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, company property, materials, vehicles, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Security Management
- Manage and supervise the complete security team and daily security operations.
- Ensure proper security coverage across the factory, office, warehouse, and other premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and company policies.
- Team Management
- Lead, train, and guide Security Officers, Security Guards, and other security staff.
- Prepare security duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security personnel.
- Conduct regular briefings and security awareness sessions.
- Safety & Risk Control
- Identify potential security risks and take preventive measures.
- Handle theft, unauthorized access, accidents, conflicts, and other security-related incidents.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and critical situations.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify gaps.
- CCTV & Access Control
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment.
- Review CCTV footage when required for investigations.
- Control access cards, visitor passes, gate passes, and restricted areas.
- Ensure proper maintenance of security equipment.




- Material & Vehicle Security
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Verify gate passes, delivery documents, and vehicle movements.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Prevent unauthorized removal or movement of company assets.
- Incident & Emergency Management
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire & Rescue Services, and other authorities when required.
- Support emergency evacuation, fire safety, and disaster management activities.
- Maintain proper records of all security incidents.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, visitor records, and gate records.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable regulations.
- Report major security issues directly to senior management.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing / garment industry.
- Previous experience in a senior security or security management role.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, gate security, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
- Physically fit and capable of working in shifts when required.
- Experience in handling security agencies and external authorities will be an advantage.
- Ex-servicemen with relevant security management experience are preferred.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
